Sally Scott is a Painter, Printmaker and Architectural Glass Engraver, she lives and works in London. Studied at Croydon College of Art and The Royal Academy Schools, London. Taught at Birmingham School of Art, Hornsey College of Art, Middlesex Polytechnic, and West Dean College.
Sally started working in lithography as she found it to be the perfect complement to her painting, using wet and dry marks to build and overprint the image, and explore the use of transparent colour.
The images come directly from her sketchbooks, usually based on landscape or still life.
Sally takes part regularly in mixed exhibitions and solo shows.
