Margot Graville
When Margot retired from freelance design work for Conde Nast, Mothercare, etc and teaching at the London College of Fashion, she returned to drawing and painting.
There had been little time for either during the previous years. It was whilst doing life drawing at Morley College that she discovered screen printing and was instantly drawn to the medium.
Margot then began attending classes @ Putney School of Art in printmaking and life drawing.
Now concentrating on etching, Margot is enjoying the many different approaches that can be applied in this area.
All her prints are based on her own drawings and paintings. Has recently been concentrating on a series of prints based on her life drawing.
