Jacqui Jackson

Like many artists it all started as a love of drawing and painting. Then it became an exploration of texture and landscape. And the process of reproduction in itself became a way to express herself creatively and finally, a source of enjoyment. Now, as an artist who primarily creates imaginary settings that explore an interest in place, memory and belonging but can also find fun in the simple shapes of crockery, Jacqui has developed a range of image-making processes including silk screen printing, collagraph, litho printing, etching and aquatint.  She also, quite recently, as a mature student, completed a BA Hons Fine Art at UAL Chelsea, London.
